Would Toshi be better than B.Renji for pvp? also does he's death mod and/or skill freeze if the enemy has invincibility? Renji still hit's like a monster but he doesn't help me alot on pvp especially vs strong hiki's

I'm not sure if i try hard to get this or wait for the next one, i wanna swap my Yama with a good assaulter, is Toshiro any good?
