No need to lose patience. People who speak on this board generally mean modify on characters in-game when they they say "mod," especially when this thread is about a specific character.

A moderator is someone who watches over the forum and handles problems that go against the rules.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm just here to get rid of people trying to advertise unrelated products and websites on the forum because there is little effort being put forth to maintain the forum by administration otherwise. There are a lot of fake passports and erectile dysfunction pill posters, especially.

He really was a first failed attempt at freeze, it felt like.

While he does have the ice death skill where orange does not, only a 35% chance to cast freeze on one attacker and lacking ignore invincibility really made him eh on release back then. While he is fury reduction immune, he lacks things that a lot of assaulters normally had. Immune disarm is okay but no silence or anything else.

His chance to reduce speed on two enemies would have been okay if it were when he was attacked instead of *attacking* and if it came before speed started mattering less.

true, well i guess back in the days he seemed quite good before the other assaulters; what u described is the feeling i got when i read the description n tried to imagine the potentiel , not that awsome and not that crap either,

however those who got ywhatch last time is a wastye of time; i think some new servers might be interested, got some new guildmates with purple renji or matsumoto and a 9k vita; they proba should get toshi even if i advise them to get ikkaku and wait for better.

at least if he's 40k cryst, it is fair enough from the devs
