UBP should be off for 1 year (again), so ppl will finally start playing instead of just collecting partners without even raising theirs evos (saving for the next ubp)
UBP 2019 will prolly include RJ anyway... so don't bother before that time and just do Evos and SA

that being said, yeah, having DRukia and Noble or even any 0 Div in the same list is so funny

yes i agree, but Noble isane stats are also very impressive.... and lets not forget she has nice ehh attributes ( 2 of them lolzzz)..lolzz

I have oetsu and i think hes is becoming useless in terms of mutilate if you have RJ and the fact that most of the partners now are immune to mutilate. the only reason i still use him is because of 6th modify
