yeah quincy are much better but it will cost a lot to upgrade them. maybe sometime later on

plus 140 acc are super nice too...    all in all he looks good though

You cant really go higher unless you go with 4/2 equip setup.

All in all, if you can afford it then tier 13 hogus and lvl 140 acc, otherwise t12 wisdom hogu, finish wisdom acc and if you dont have it yet then lvl 12 wisdom stones for that extra def + red pure attack hogyoku and you are golden
Would really like to have lvl 100 exclusive on mine but the income of fragments is just too low unless you have enough BP for ToT which I dont have

that is a beastly muken bro(especially that speed!) but honestly speaking that atk is pretty low for all the stuff thats on him.mine has like 1 million less bp than yours(havent focused on speed at all on him which keeps that bp low) and has only 40k less atk.
