Shunsui or Kisuke

I am 80 lvl and I do not know whether to buy shunsui or urahara

shunsui is worth if you stack him ex. lvl to unlock his ex.skill .
urahara is one of the best free fury boost partner and he is really good in pve if you make him T1

Kisuke is THE best tavern partner if you want to come to use.
>PVP he has Fury build for cheap T1 for entire team + Death fury mod + Stun mod if hit(not as usefull but has uses)
>PVE has fury regen for full team and 100 regen for self so yeah your team skills one turn earlier a amazing use in PVE.

Shunsui
>Has sixth mod which is a full team speed halo which is nice for PVP
>Has a PVP centric Exclusive skill which is good in early to mid PVP where ignore invincibility is somewhat uncommon but once you start going up against players with that you are screwed.

Since you are a new player i say Kisuke is 100% the better choice no questions since without his exclusive skill activated shunsui is garbage with his baseskill simple as that even if you already have a Fury builder like shinso i will still vote for kisuke if you want to consider supports.
Though if we knew your formation we couldve given a more conclusive suggestion.

lol  you obviously either under appreciate T1, or like a harder challenge, lol

T1 is by far the biggest boost in terms of raw power if you have any idea how to use it for your benefit...

plus with ignore invurln being so damn easy to pick up these days, even exclusive shun is very lackluster...

hell, with his short term of invurln, he won't even protect you from blocks at all...  which getting a block vang, even for a F2P is super easy.

but hey, you get who you want, I just think it's funny you asked for advice between two partners, then picked second place, lol

I regret nothing. zanpaktou kazeshini, exclusive level 70. From 50 ex lvl he recovers 75 fury (with 100% crit rate it's 105) to random ally. Had a lot of battles against stacked partners when he looped t1 on himself. Because of him I was able to defeat a lot of high vip players while I was vip0 long time. parters with ignore invincibility mods (in early-mid game almost always Kirinji)
