she's op even mre now, even nerfed by my memory she was op so here u go, even more reason to take her

What about the exclusive skill of isane? That 100% shield does she give shield or just increase rate IF shield is in effect from Hashwalth/Ywach/retsu partner?

Just cast a shield with a growth of 100%

That's the purpose of the shield, it cancels and protects from all kind of CC except the buffs/DoTs. There is no shield that doesn't cancel the effects.
Though the shield is commonly used for avoiding the CC, the assaulter's shield gives quite some extra HP due to the growth rate that is in function of the partner's final P.ATK.
