regarding this, if it works the same as bwb break defense debuff mod, all the ennemy partner shoul ...

i dont know how BWB works... so please tell how that mod works in simple terms...assume that mod was activated,if someone attacks my team...does that "someone" attack reduce by 25%? and will it take effect on all partners?

to answer ur question : YES

IMO there is no doubt, for example here is BWB mod wich im talking about : When being attacked, reduce all enemies' Break Defense rate by 40% for 2 rounds [only Partner attacks]

Just tested it in hueco mundo map today and during a fight when a hiki ennemy skilled on my team her and the other partners of her got this :      https://prnt.sc/k6m8lo   

Conclusion : i dont see why noble isane mod would be different too

Its the debuff as some tavern Partners such as shunsui.
When an Enemy partner hits the partner with the specific mod there entire teams attack will be reduced by 25% for 1 round.
Simple as that.

For Isane its the same thing except its not guaranteed and is AIR rate related but works in the same way.

thats what i was thinking too; it's a 50-50 thing regarding the avoid injury rate thing right?

i thought vikra saw that debuff on her at first then read the mods couldnt catch ity, but yeh in general many partners whom has these kinda things do place that debuff on all ennemy team if the partner got hit itself; the tricky side is the zan attk some got it included (kokuto) most not unfortunalty

Thanks man. Most likely going to get her when she comes out. Hopefully I don't blow through all my vit but never know lol.
