Maybe make it theoretically possible to have enough starting fury to avoid his 7th mod. You just need really high starting fury.

Well, its 50% of what starting fury he will deduct... I work my ass off and gather fury stones, the highest I get now is only 127 starting fury without weapon enhance... Unless we can find a way to get up to 200 fury, there's no way you can by-pass the mod. Unless, as theunknown404 said, if the new zanpakuto will generate fury... BUT this will only limit us to 2 useful zanpakuto when people start having this shitkishma. Either clear the debuff he will give you with his exclusive skills with KS Zanpakuto, or give you fury with this new zanpakuto. 1st thing is first for DeEmEn Askins poison was reduced to 300%.

2nd Best Way to counter Tsukishima is Tavern kisuke.Look at it however hell you want but beside that 7th mod tsukishima borders on shit for the level of a partner he is made as.
If you have KS(Something much easier to obtain that tsukishima) just add Kisuke to form and make sure its just a bit slower than tsukishima as people would want it to be faster for him mod to be effective make sure kisuke just has the bulk to live zan hit>He dies>your turn>KS clears all Debuffs>Nuke with your remaining team.
Since if you can beat people with tsuki in the first place you can defo tank there new tsukishima anyday and to an extent outspeed.
Just a possible strat you can use.
Still afgree he is a bullshit partner.
