HELP PLS... TIER 12 HUGO gone!!!

US SERVER 530....i just got my TIER 12 hugo from visored, it was agility so i try to change it to strength after i change it to strngth i cant find it in my bag i even check my partners and i dont see my tier 12 strngth.... HELP pls....

nope i have space in my main bag and i also check in extra bag still nothing, this is my 2nd time lose tier 12 strngth 1st was i accedentally sold it coz of lag when i exchange every event, now the 2nd time just recieve it a while ago in visored, after change it to strngth i cant find it anywhere T_T

do you have other strenght hogu's (tier 12)? if so did u level it up? cuz if u do while the new one isn't equiped yet then your new hogu will count as a hogu talisman which means u' ill lose your hogu for good

yeah that 1 exactly what happen i didnt equip it yet then i lvl up my other strength. so is that mean that my new hugo was become talisman?

i didnt even know it was possible, after i change it to strngth i check my other strngth 1st then i saw i have many talisman so i upgrade my tier 12 lvl 7 to 8, then when i am going to equip the new hugo i see it was all gone, oh well its just a f2p accnt, so it is good lol, now i can prevent it to happen again to my 4 vips accts lol

that's exactly what I did with my alt account lol I accidentally upgrade another same hogu, and lost it.
