IMO Kokuto is much better than R. Yoruichi...She doesnt have very good dmg..her skill attack growth rate is only 80%,, Kokuto 200%...And even if she goes first against Kokuto, she cant skill unless she have like 130 starting fury and even then Kokuto is immune to chaos sooo getting him is a better choice..But ofc BwB or Askin are awesome as well..
