You gotta remember if he has been on that server since it first started he could've easily saved his gold up. It's not hard to get to enough gold for a top tier partner on a brand new server when it first starts with $1 top ups during bankai power. Because all the so called heavy spenders end up pushing it down to 0 within hours of bankai power resetting to keep their lead. So if he was smart he just kept doing $1 dollar top ups every time bankai power came along.

anyway as someone said if ihe legit he earns it if not well gonna be dealt with, however keep in mind as many said about bankai power farming event, i got sdt while being vip4/5 playing bankai power many times;

also keep in mind that we playing now in a multi platfrom game, eu servers share the server with FR n spanish ones

US servers if i'm not wrong do share it with Brazil etc...

on brazil n fr server they do have offline event where u can get a max 1000% rebate if u finish rank 1 for example during the 5 day event toping up or semthgin

brazil also have the partners with a 50% discount too

just saying, idk the dude, so it can be one or the other

im from server 449 with this guy wth free uryu. its been 10mnths now snce i comeback to play. bankai power never reach 0 to get free 888 gold. and never see his name in ultimate charge. lets w8 for admins to see if he get his uryu legit. if its legit no problem wth it. he can have it. if its not it will be unfair for those people who got thre free uryu and byakuya recalled. and its cheating getting op partners for free.  just saying .......

us server has no 1 dollar top up its 5 dollars. the guy never top  and that realm never even gets req to 0 to get free 888 gold

Maybe we should just leave it as spot and report system for now. Let them focus on stuff to improve the quality of game play for now.
