It depends on what partner you have, usually people stack the VG if he has only traven partner to gain easy win. Ichibe is tanky and help your team to survive. For now, you can put the hollow soul to him, Ichibe aren't meant for damage. If it's damage that you are looking for, then Ichibe is not for you. But you can always switch exchange your hollow soul to other partner, so I wouldn't worry about that.

my damage dealer is yama but in a fight he doesnt stay alive for to long btw i swaped my gear from yama and gave it to ichibe as a test and i beat the 1st guy on tosen lvl in king of hollow souls lol

You need to have dmg deal partner with him, my Ichibe is stacked, but he doesn't deal much dmg with skill, most of his dmg comes from block. He is there to take chaos from my Muken and to give my whole team 200% def buff and hp regen. If you plan to stack him you need VG zanp, also with him stacked you will win fights only if he has high HP and great def, as he can still tank mid tier partners. Orange assaulters can kill him without a problem

You can always stack one of them, in PvP swap the good stuff to Ichibe, in PvE swap it back to yama. But I suggest you rent B.Renji or some other red assaulters like Yhwach... Yama isnt too good lol.

I would suggest you rent b.renji from Karakura Town Festival. or wait for next UBP for Yhwach or the other way around. SWP ulquiorra isnt as good compare to B.renji and Yhwach. But I guess you can do some damages in void with burn from ulquiorra.

But B.Renji and Yhwach might reappear on UBP. You dont need cash for that.
