money does not mean auto fully modded chars.

isn't Ginjo supposed to add in total 30% (with his two mods passive and on receiving damage) of defense each round anyway?  so even if HVI remove 25% each round... I don't get it

Ok let me explain this again as clear as i can.

Penetrate Defense does not mean Remove Enemy Defense or ignore its effects.
What his mod actually does is take 25% of the enemies Def and adds it to his own attack and that is overall Def the char had in the last round.
For example if void has 4 million Defense this will add 1 million attack to HVIs own Attack each round that goes on and it will continue to grow till end of battle and if that Def was raised to lets say 6 million during the fight it will add attack according to that.So logically if nothing else is interfering you can outpace any  Character Defense.
