Bad timing to go against Power, especially when many people are raged by that post of UBP exposed as fake.
If you had people support then someone would have understood how its a breach of freedom to post in anyway you want and someone editing it without your say so. Just throwing it out there....like mylar did, dont shift rage on me
But what Theelite person said is true, could have resolved with a simple Pm but then again as nutella says screw pm

I just don't want people receive false hope, what can be done and what cannot be done, I will make it clear. Information pass on from the company I will fully exposed to the players, and there will be no confusion or misunderstanding. Hoping to be the bridge to build trust between players and the company.

maybe if they fix the major problems in the game, they might earn trust but till then more and more will just leave the game. you won't bridge a gap that can only be bridged by action by the company.

seems like 2 branches out of the same tree ... a power struggle ..maybe .. but i cant remember wrong /intentional bad posts by Muraku ... even his ubp poll concerning noble isane was correct ... maybe better coordination by gogames might solve this issue...

I am trying hard to ask them to finish off fixing the game play and bugs together. It really is going very slow, but at least it's progressing.

It's not power struggle, it's being accurate. Don't give false news to players can give them false hope. Information has to be accurate and so are his words. He has connections in the back, but his place doesn't lies here. I know where he comes from.
