Yhwach exclusive skill

I am wondering for some time now what Yhwach exclusive skill is. It isn't mentioned on his wiki page. I play the game in German and the translation has to be inaccurate.
in German: Reduziert eigene Schadenrate um 99% für 2 Runden, um zufällig ein Gegner 200% Schadenrate hinzufügen, erhöht eigene Supports Schadenrate um 50% für 1 Runde.

in English it would mean: reduce his own damage rate by 99% for 2 rounds to add 200% damage rate to a random opponent, increase own support damage rate by 50% for 1 round.

I believe that the last part is correct, but the other part seems rather bad.

Not me at least. His EX skill seems unpraticable at level 70 and 80, and only used in PvE.
You need a Noble Isane and Kyoka zanpakuto (or someone else) to counter that -33% DMG debuff, Yhwach is THE damage dealer, not the supports.
His base skill is strong enough, despite his low growth rate (210%) he recovers 75 fury and buff 100% DMG for 1 round to self, just bring a little Urahara tavern or some fury booster and you're done, no more work is needed than that.
If you had the two supports behind (Hasch and Raijin), I don't think you need to worry about the damage lol but even if the debuff of -33% is just a little, that's a lot, assuming you have 300% DMG on Yhwach that debuff alone reduces his DMG to ~200%, that's hella high.

So, I'll better stay away from it^^
