I didn't get the draws at forgot the name of event..the one with Baka Genryusai and stones, and etc. However I decided to not top-up anymore during the event, as I was planning to buy HVI..nevermind now I'm waiting to see some changes and maybe Christmas event for top-up..that's considerable tho, I really wanna see an improvement into the game before, or maybe see what are the 2 other partners that will be added. if they are not game-breaking will not.
P.S: after reading what i said, forgot to mention, that happened only 1 day when i topped up 2k, everything was fine in other events, they "saw" the one with draws didnt. And I had an issue with a hogu, nvm that..

oh the pyramid, I never had problem with that event. I dont think they know how to give you back the chances. lol!

I didn't even bother, bro, I sent 2 e-mails, one with this problem and after 2 days asking why I can't get a "we can't do nothing sorry" not let me in the air, ignore me like i'm not even worth 10 sec of reply xD
P.S: it didn't sound like that, i just asked why I can't get any kind of response

cuz noone else complain about that event, probably think you are lying, cuz they cant track if you used it or not.

I was screen recording at that time while makin the events, i'm not lying for 2 lvl 10 stones.. however i'm done wh that xD
its not first time i'm getting ignored, as I usually have a mail/per week for supp team, but nvm now

lol feels bad man. It sucks when you tell the truth but they dont recognize that.
