well dont forget: for be a captain you need a bankai, he have it, he just didnt show it.

That's what I meant, he hasn't shown it. It also doesn't have to mean he has a bankai even though he likely has, he also showed the vice captains he had a different shikai due to his illusions, he could've done the same with a bankai.

Zaraki don't have a Bankai and is one captain.

Yeah because the other rule for to get a Captain is, defeat the old one (and 100 normal ones? Dont know it right)
