Nope they are not . I do not personally think Demon chigo and white ichigo needs to cost over 5k gold ( DI is even 16-20k , which is pretty ridicolous.) The real prices should be around 5k already and even though noone will take them anymore , because of red and oranges come for a bit more of the price ( 15k for bankai kenpachi for example. Who would even conside taking DI when bankai kenpachi is costing less ??!)

You can still take them for 60-70$ , but you would need to stack up gold for a couple of months through bankai power , but again it is useless because of red partners in ubp and their real cost should be way less , even some of them should be free already.

Personally I think that they will never add event partners to the tavern, the unliited ninja is an older game with many more partners and never added event partners to the tavern, although many of those old partners are no longer worth the cost of gold but they will not add them.

Unlimited ninja has ninja treasure, in this event you can save your coupons and can get a decent ninja.
They are old ninjas but there newest one is about 5 months old. We have ubp where we don't know
what partner will come out but we just spend vitality and can use our coupons for something
else.
