Exactly, if he was to release later, his quality is going to be much better than random release now. 0 care is given if he is popular, duh, I want True Bankai Ichigo and God Yhwach too, let's release them right now, since everyone wants them.

If GG keeps releasing partners that no one cares about, the interest and hype for the game will fade.  The last 4 and will be 5 releases in a row are all trash.  Whether it is trash characters being made or decent characters being made as trash and then sold for $1000-$1500.  The last "major" changes all happened a long time ago: Shutara Shop, ToT and Void.  

I don't understand why if a character is released now, why they would need to be bad.  Haschwalth was the second orange partner released, he is still active on my team.  BWB has had a lot of other partners released after him and he is much better than all of them.  All I am hearing is lame excuses that are not backed up by facts.  GG should of entirely skipped the Fullbringers.  Any other arc or group of characters would of been better.  Turn Back the Pendulum, Bounts, Nozomi and Kageroza.  Even Yammy's dog would of been better.  Like I mentioned previously, every other shinigami that fought in the TYBW has been added with their most recent forms/abilities from that arc except Mayuri, the one character that actually fought the most.

would be odd to have them now then a random partner come up after them being more powerful or something when they shouldn't be, or just overall better

I am not the one that started the fullbringer series. If you really want someone to blame, it would be those that works with the dev and give them horrible suggestions, and stuff are entirely out of control. BWB is a decent partners, but not better than all. There're no lame excuses, this is how to bring GoGames back on track.

If you think that BWB is just decent, you are either trolling or just not telling the truth.  There is no other partner that even mildly compares to him.  He has the highest speed and kido attack for supports.  That is before you get into his skill and mods.

Generates shield for assaulters
Gives 100 fury(150 on crit) to assaulters
40% speed to assaulters
30% block to assaulters(increased to 70% when added to aura)
Gets back 50 fury(75 on crit) for himself
50% attack buff to assaulters on any attack
Heals full team 30% when he is hit
Reduces enemy Break Defense by 40% when he is hit

If you think that is decent, what is good?
