It is around 10k to be sure for 40k crystals partner - 11-12k ~ for 50k. Once you hit 8k+ you can gather vitality till the end of even.

Hahah, i see, but i suggest you to top up for RJ and wait for good assaulter in ubp, it will come once, i got my shy nemu and mugetsu from UBP

yeah UBP seems to be the way to go...just wait and hope for a good one=)
