Double the Speed (of the enemy) gives extra turn? Please clarify this, it can't be possible.

It does this is called "Extra Turn" and is when your character is super super fast ^^
~ you get on Color brown (Like a crit) "Extra Turn" you can see it is not a joke, it happens ~

Nah, extra turn only occurs if the character has some % in combo rate.
I don't think speed works like that.

well i didn't' and still i don't have combo rate and i have seen people with it, and if i don't have it they neither, i am on top 5 and not even the #1 have the combo rate skill yet so....

Well then please remove the part that >>[ExtraTurn] occurs when you have enough [Speed]<< (unless there is some confirmation about it) so as not to confuse others!
It was a nice guide overall though, I bet everyone having read it appreciates your efforts.

Nice guide, it's a little confusing right now because of how it's set up and what not, but it's a nice guide because it covers everything

im confused on something what does the agility stat do? does it effect speed? dodge? both? neither?
