Not sure but someone told me you need 100% hit to be sure to hit your opponent.
If he has x% dodge, you'll have to counter it with x%hit added to the 100% =)

It seems that youre a cash player... i got a few suggestion...if you have sexy yoru and dark rukia then you can have a pretty solid pve team..... as you say that you can make your partners t1 i would suggest making sexy yoru t1....as sexy yoru recovers fury make sure you have enough fury stones on your rukia and dark rukia to become full fury after she uses her skill.....
your attack line up should be like this- Sexy yoru attacks - rukia and dark rukia becomes full fury - dark rukia and rukia attacks - main, sexy yoruichi and another assaulter becomes full fury - main attacks - another assaulter attacks - sexy yoru attacks.....
Sexy yoru can use her skill every round if you got high crit rate on rukia and dark rukia ...cause they recovers assaulters fury by 30 (45 if crits which they do most of the time ) sometimes they recover 45 fury even if they dont crit ..... meaning sexy yoru uses her skill and recovers 25 fury for herself (35 if crits) and other partners which will make dark rukia and rukia 100% fury(if you can give them enough fury stones) ....after dark rukia and rukia uses their skill sexy yoru's fury will be 100% again(45plus45plus25/35) ......and you should probably get sogyo cause dark rukias buff overrites zabimaru/kazeshinis buff.....

How does the fury work for crits on rukia and dark rukia?
Is there a guaranteed way to get it?

What would you recommened for a pvp team?

I want to go 3-2.
t1 and most on my server wont last.
Edit: I also dont want to spend gold on stones. I only want to get characters and Im almost complete with my toons formation.
I also have sogyo.
Make shinigami my 3 assaulter. I own her too.

Rukia and Dark rukia recovers 45 fury 9/10 times without crits its 10/10 if got high crit rate...well i don't know the exact thing but i think fury regen crit is a different thing....
and as for pvp formation i can help you if you tell me which partners you already have and which ones you'll take from events telling me your lvl will also help

I got all puple besides Shiba.
Ichigo, Drukia, Rukia, Sado, Main, Shinigami Yoru.
Sogyo and I only have 7 skill with aid. Not enough souls for 8 but got 20 beauty games.
2 days from now ill get sexy.
I have 5 lvl 5 and 1 lvl 6 fury stone plus 1 lvl 4

I don't want to spend a lot of furies. I don't see it necessary at the moment.

I thought about buying shinji and that other dude aoe dmg. but i heard no good things about themToshiro was one i was gonna buy but also heard hes squishy. I had sajin (not doge at lvl 70) and he was bad but good. Doge would been better.
Also I have a ton of special war power points anyone worth getting?

youre lvl 66 so itll take you max 2 or 3 days to hit 70 (if you do the events ) and once you hit 70 recruit sajin (if you wont buy any event van) and then recruit yoruichi as quickly as possible .....
now if youre the top of server and everyone is around your lvl then i would suggest a 1-3-1 formation , sajin-sexy yoru, main, shini yoru-tavern yoru....
its better to make tavern yoru fastest cause she'll shut down the supports and you can either make shini yoru or sexy yoru attack next (which ever you prefer) just make sure your shini yoru has enough hit rate .... and at your lvl 305% growth rate skill will one shot anyone ...

combo rate adds +50 fury + add in ksiuke and rukia
