@admame.bek how do you know there is a maintenance tonight? Is there a place where I can find such news? Because in their homepage I don't see anything.

Do you know why btw? Although I can imagine, our server is really messed up atm in ES and Ryoka. Same battle power for everyone but some deal double damage, some deal the same and some deal significantly less. I mean, I used to deal 3,5% and my friends who're less powerful than me and used to do 2,5% and 3% suddenly jumped to 7% with no explanation whatsoever.  
Edit.  And by same batle power I mean that nothing has changed, BP, partners or whatever. Not that everyone has the same amount of BP.

yep we do experience this stuff many saw their dmg shoot while some didnt, go figure why all i can say is peeps with muken are doing better right now again in pve;

regarding maintainance i leave pm with the link of the french forum to avoid any problems with english version

Too busy with poking the Greedy one on US server so not playing sorry i will give full focus when i complete this one.

regarding ur question KS vs Tsuki i cant really answer objectively , all i can say i do have kyoka and the zan is doing amamzing against faster oponent with RJ, however it has some bugs specially when i fight peeps with toshiro the orange support, my support line froze and start before my zanpakto sometimes, also KS is a weak bastard against Ichimonji users

Regarding tsuki tbh idk for real didnt test it or saw many battles with him, he can be a pain in the ass against some specifique teams such as BWB ones since many are too fast and bwb is t1 if u can neutralize him round one by cutting his fury and using tsuki exlu skill it can be interesting,

Finally if ur actual zan is not jakka n u dont have ichimnjo, KS is the best choice, or wait for some miracle UBP , still not worth compared to KS (minazuki)

The 'Greedy Monster' in my server also has Orange Toshiro+KS, that freeze is neutralized when his hiki hits me as i survive till 2 hits but after that KS's chaos is the real problem also have another with jakka but i somehow already beat him. So only problem is that Toshiro+KS problem.

In top 10 of CSB i see 2 people playing with Tutski i fought them yesterday annihilates the whole team in a single hit but it was fun to watch. Hence i asked do i wait for tutski or go for KS but UBP might give Katen or minazuki both crap for me at the moment. Tensa is doing a great job so far.

About Katen how usefull is the skill property  " increase own assaulter and support's Crit Rate by 80%" does this ignore the  critical rate cap? if the partner critcial is already maxed will it still add  80%? (for instance 90% + 80% = 170%)

well katen is not that bad if u super fast and u  have a supepr destroyer such as muken t1 or some hvi that can wipe out the ennemy team before even saying helle

the tosiro KS problem can be dealt with KS; keep in mind this zan is sometimes bugged for some obscure reasons, sometimes it trigers first sometimes after a partner in ur team pass it turns, who knows why

tonikaku; KS is by far the best free zanpakto u can get from this game; i dont remmber well but i bet u already have muken; if so i vote for katen it'll help u at first clearing any debuff from a high vip bastrd team using speed to start first
