guys i need help . how can i participate in tot ,all i can do there is to place bets and when press submit for the team formation nothing happens .i see guys with lower BP then me participating in the event .im 1.9M NA server

So thats what happened, it shows different people to bet upon but totally different people are fighting those battles. No wonder the bets are lost for you.
