i belive he gives warning for a reason isnt it?, if he wanted to ban him, he would spam warning until he get ban isnt it?

How can you come here and say people need to fix the communication and respect one another when your first sentence you state that you deal with your own forums issues by banning people? Instead of replying to all the flame and keeping it going( I read the Moe post) either ignore it or lock the post as soon as it goes off topic. Feeding into all the hate/trolling wont help with the communication at all and if you guys really want respect give it first even if you feel like you shouldn't.

Then give restrictions, bro, idk. I was admin on CS pubs for 10 years, kinda permissive, and I was gagging players 3 min at first, 10-15 after, then ban them 2h to get them calm, that was if they're insulted me. Others just destroyed them, or getting them permanently ban. He is Mod tho, why would he accept peops insulting him like it's nothing. I don't think is his fault, saw a comment above about him acting "weird", I can agree to that, but maybe is because i'm not understanding enough of what the guy say or how.  
Is that guy getting some money because his mod? I know he gets 500 coupons, correct me, like I really want to know what's the benefits to be a mod. It was his bad he reacted to all the trash talk but, let's be sincere, he was trashtalked quite a lot.

If it isn't respect between each other, just implement some respect ffs.

2.- as i said, on previews comments i rather to troll all the troller people, who is just mocking to the mod, instead to be serious, coz no point to be serious with those kind of people, if someone want to be serious then lets be serious but when you are just laughing at someone and trash talking to him, dont ask to be serious plz.... check the context 1st.

That to give restrictions it's good, unforntunelly DeEmEn banned  once to someone and then the admin removed the ban function to him, coz he QQ a lot.

again i agree with you to the respect thing. All comunity have to do that. No matter who start it, but it's a must, otherwise all problems are going to keep happenning and worst.

2. That's why you wont get any respect from the others here that communicate with you. Being a mod on one forum and a troll on another(For the same game also) is stupid. You aren't helping with the communication issues on our forum at all just making them worse.

He gave me a warning about trash talking against a mod, so what? He trash talks back just as much  ...

He is not the only one affected, though. It is actually quite problematic that no moderator is able to ban directly. Every month, the same ad bots come back to the forum, and we have no way of stopping it. It is annoying to say the least. If there is any reason I will jump the moderator ship, it will be this tbh.
