You make a good point but some already tried for SWP partners to be condition free but cant do it.
I asked for it when Karakura event came as some lvls needed SWP partners to get the reward but cant have them since they are vip4 required. At that time the answer was no so i dont think you can get them to change now.

Also I think you don't want to push these pussies , because you will lose your "precious communication" with them.

Why should you care , let them make new broken partners , buy them and be happy.
