Is it worth investing in Reiatsu?

My opponents in arena usually have much more hp than my team. I always noticed that my reiatsu was level 3, while their's were above level 10. Could this be why they have so much more hp than me? If not, what can I do? I'm using my coupons to buy level 3 spirit stone packs, but that doesn't seem to be enough.

But yeah you should level up your reiatsu, the beginners are very sensible to the stats and need to focus on their reiatsu, even with a reiatsu's level difference of 2 the gap is kinda huge, it's only at the end where reiatsu is not really important since you can beat the opponents with 40 levels higher than yours etc... You're at the beginning, you are vulnerable, get that reaitsu up yo

Couple things about this:
1) Do not hesitate to ask questions if you are unsure.  I understand some people may get annoyed but the forums do exist partly as a way for us (especially more advanced players) to give advice to those who are less familiar with the game. There are plenty of us who want to help
2) Reiatsu is an increasing bonus.  The higher your reiatsu level becomes the more stats that it will give per level.  To note with this, the amount of silver that needs to be invested to get that next level increases drastically as well.  Obviously it will be good to upgrade your reiatsu as it gives you bonuses but I think it is better to look at where you are in the game and determine if that is the best investment of your silver.  Upgrading and infusing your equipment is probably top priority early in the game but if you have extra silver then go ahead and pour it into your reiatsu levels. (can't think of other uses for silver until you get soul cultivation so other players please add anything that I missed here)
3) You will NEED to upgrade your reiatsu to a certain point to get the final stage of your Zanpakuto so make sure your reiatsu is AT LEAST the required level for that.  There isn't any reason to not invest at least that much silver
4) Side note but I will address it because you brought it up.  Do NOT buy the level 3 stone packs.  If you are going to buy the stone packs buy the level 4 ones because they give you a fury stone and you can start accumulating those.  In addition, try not to spend any coupons unless you can utilize VR (Visored Revenge) for maximum rewards and reimbursement.
