I am just topping up 400 gold a day to get the freebies and spend 200 gold on the ranking event so I can stay top 10 or 20... *finger cross* these two events are not worth spending money on.

Well, in my opinion it would've actually been best to get yamamoto now. If you decided to spend all of the 30k gold for the task in star points you could possibly have enough for shinso gin/muramasa (I think the min you'd have to spend to get them would be 20k but i think 30k would probably give you enough) and put yourself in first place by far in the star points event so 4 lvl 9 stones as well (this is of course assuming you're the only person using this method in your group for the event). Shinso gin has hovered around $600, yamamoto and muramasa were both $1200 in their first appearances so if decided to do the event like that you'd be getting yamamoto, muramasa/shinso gin, and 4 lvl 9 stones out of 30k gold. Hell, if I had the money I probably would done this but paying for college comes first. Anyways, that was just my 2 cents on this topic

Someone in my server pool probably got gin or muramasa, they're leading with 5xx points, with #2 & #3 @ 250-ish

And I know my server #1/2 will probably try to snipe for best possible positions.
My server pool has too many heavy cashers, haha
