I will explain: I did "one-click open all", but before I was checking if the panel got red bags so I can get some bonus points. When there was 2 red bags on the panel, instead of being usable on the same page of event, they went to backpack.
I did 20k gold there and got about 18 unusable red bags.
Then I came on forum and as you see above mentioned about this situation and took a pause from the event for let's say 2h.
Back to the event again, did another 15k that worked smoothly without any bugs.
Still, I have 18 red bags in my backpack...

Edit: They are not just 50 points, mostly 100 points(about 70% of them) 50 points(20%)150 points(5-10%)

What is ur player name and server
also what compensation do u want since u lost like 900-3800 points

they cannot add u red packet in event or fix the inventory item
