Update:
Crazy Experiment Increase 35% Wis and 30% Agi, born with 30% Avoid Injury Rate

Gran Rey Cero Attack all enemies, dealing 200% damage, heal self 30% of Max HP, disarm all enemies for 2 rounds, recover self fury by 50 points

1. Immune to Chaos, Silence
2. Increase 20% Kido Attack
3. Increase 30% Speed
4. When attacked, cast Chaos on enemy Assaulter for 2 rounds.
5.Increase all allies 100% Recovery Rate
6. When killed increase all allies Speed by 50% and clear all debuffs, recover Fury by 100
7.Accumulatively reduce enemy VG Defence by 30% each round (Invalid in PVE)

He might help some help vs Ginjo, but Ginjo still gets 10% def each time he is hit and gains 20% def per round.  He will be good against other vanguards though.  They should of given him a revive or some other powerful heal.
