I would mostly recommend Elegant Unohana for somebody with a very destructive and fast assaulter like Yhwach. If your formation relies on the assaulter a lot, then she might be a good fit. Her full-team shield and anti-support halo are still nice, however.

i plan to buy RJ zanpakuto and i will probably only get characters from UBP because i dont plan to top up tons of gold. I will just do the Bankai Power each month and wait to get more gold.
Just thought how could i improve my current formation.
i m lvl 103, vip5, have 5 ult equipment and 1.1 mil bp

Nah, Kyoka was the first dispeller to be introduced and she came years after Elegant.

shield can help control debuffs such as stun and whatnot. it does not apply to all it has some other functionality as well but her own shield is to weak for that. even though support shields are weaker in general her 5% would be removed more often than not so if you want to rely on her for that alone not worth it, a usefull add on that can be used with certain strats but not always and considering you have hiki and noble the real reason to use her is to lower enemy support speed with halo and 25% speed for assaulter in exchange for invic and 25% extra attack from hiki or for nobles def halo and other usefull mods and damage rate. In easy words worth using for you if you have a support whos speed/bulk you can match and is giving you trouble.

As an added note cause i know someone will be wondering yes if you break the shielld mid attack the control effect will still take place so her shield is only usefull for after you have taken the first hit and need to clear something off your team(granted she herself is not debuffed).
Edit:A thing i forget to add she is not really that fast compared to other supports nor as bulky as some which is a major flaw for her. she is good and worth using by people but not every team will make her work smoothly and its worth it to opt for other boosters.

Shield only clears the controls, some special shield cancels the controls (but the controls are back once the shield is broken) (don't quote me on that, it's just an imagination), but a shield that can clear controls AND debuffs is even more special... So nope only controls.
