I'm literally 3 levels from 110, and I was wondering if I should reincarnate or not? If not when?

me perso i would say check ur tournament of legent lvl121 advanced if the map is still empty better wait a bit there; gather ur A team before u start reinca that shiit eats a lot of exp and also a lot of coupons at some later stages;

avoid reinca at lvl110 at least wait for lvl130 IMO

I would suggest you not to, unless you are mid-high VIP and if you have high enough BP. In T.o.T. you won't be able to make top 8 if you reincarn without good amount of BP and win any match without a good team.

stay normal, i did reincarnate and i hate myself cuz i cant have any rewards from ToT
and im in server with players 12-22m bp, and i have no freaking hell of chance to be even in the top 15, since im low vip
