Well whose fault is that? Certainly not mine. I have been waiting to top up 2k Gold during Bankai Power...but not sure if I want to do that now.

I emailed them yesterday and haven't heard back. Last time I had a top up issue, I heard back the same day.

They were probably flooded with emails about servers being down.

What is your server name and number? Was it just one 800 gold top-up you did not receive?

Server: US 108 topped up 800 gold plus whatever I would have received from the events plus 150% rebate.

I still have 2401 gold from the last top up. I am very positive that I didn't receive any from yesterday's top up.
