Go for kyoka.
Muken is defo solid but yhwach is strong enough to hold his own as is and you will get t PVE boost since you want to be around 15% damage per hit at maximum anymore and you will lose resources so its a cherry pick situation as for PVP wise yhwach though overall below muken as a solo unit, he is solid there aswell and right on his tail and if raijin or hach pop by in UBP he will be better of the two in the said role.
You will get a better advantage going with kyoka first since kyokas utility is still amazing and is the best free zanpaktou you will ever get.
Simply put, yes muken is better solo wise but is not as major of an improvement PVP wise than yhwach and in PVE he is better but realistically you do not want to get damage past 15% and lose resources per hit.
Extra Note: Yhwach gets around the same if not higher base attack than muken cause of yhwachs insane attack multipliers from mods and bonds combined so in void there performance will be roughly the same since you are not going to be living past the first hit seeing your resources.
