Im think about going for my first reincarnate but i dont wanna do my whole team, using bankai kenpachi senju bankai kisuke and brenji, but not sure if i do main and someone or main and 2 people any thoughts?

Don't, unless you can enter in the reincarnation bracket but you're missing out the juicy weekly income of red hogyoku fragments.
You can only reincarnate the main first before the partners, like a front door and see four doors past the front one.
