It may be a bug. I register every day(cause I spend coupons on bets, so I aslo register every time), but it didnt put me into the roster at all.

There's one explanation... you maybe registered, but if you dont have enough BP, you are not gonna be on there.

nah, should have been 4th + another person from my server experienced the same, but no biggie

You can try register after the final result came out. It works flawlessly for me so far.

Sivern here from same master T0T w/ Holland, duards and others, i also dont know we got kick out from T0T masters and i think they merge it also.
