My team consists of HVI, Bankai Urahara, Hasch and Muken. I have RJ and Katen, but I'm close to the 12k inferno stones. Is it worth buying Kyoka?

Kyoka is useful if you battle somebody with RJ and are slower.

u can to make a sloow team and use kyoka to fight vs rujin. Buut i like most rujin than kyoka xD
