Does anyone foresee Oetsu Nimaiya to be a possible choice for UBP in the future. I mean he is there with the others (not too powerful)! What do the UBP Prophets think?

Actually he was in a lot of discussions. I imagine he will be at some point but that may very well be in the far future. We just had a support so I doubt he will be in the next 3 UBPs. If I had to venture a guess I imagine gentle Byakuya will come out before but that is just a hunch.
