Should I top up 20k?

Sooooooo fellas,
by the last day of the event cycle, I can up 20k gold on a new server. With that, I can get 150% from top-up rebate 2k from bargain sale, 30% from Reio Furnance. So that's about 58k gold to begin with. I can get Katen from Ultra Hero. So my question is should I top up now cause I could probably get 58k instantly plus 60% from the new server offline event 100% from Ultimate charge (Hopefully) some pocket change from the super gold wheel. Well, should I then get Ulquiorra from the valentine event for a max of 50k (I think) cause the char that I really want is HVI.
So what should I do?

I would say if youre more interested in a char like HVI, then you should wait. When a good event cycle comes the rebate can increase higher, up to 200%. You can make more bang for your buck as well as get the chars youre interested in. Patience and timing is key in this game

u currently have a top up event going on atm.. so basically if you top up 4k each day it would be 20k by the end of the week.

and.. it's 4k from bargain sale u have a free purchase from tremendous discount.. the 2k gold for 3k gold (but it wont take the 3k gold from u since it's a free purchase).. if it's not there refresh a couple of times i'm sure the extra 2k gold will be worth it.

so basically,
4k = 14k daily plus the gold wheel x5 = 70,000 G by the end of the week u will have 90,000 if no one out tops u during ultimate charge.

oh yeah plus reio furnace that's an additional 6,000 from that
