So i recently started a new character got to Lvl 75 and got exclusive fragments but what Lvl do you get soul cultivation couldn't find that part on the wiki
I'm guessing either 80, or 100.
I also suggest that you do not spend those Exclusive Fragments past Level 15 unless you have a good enough character to use for a long time whom you can build to be strong over time (should at the very least be an Ultimate Battle Power-UBP character).
You ought to consult someone on your choice also (when the time comes and you have accumulated enough Vitality points to get a UBP character worthy of the investment).
oh it was just a weird glitch but I used it mostly on bazz-b and sexy kukaku lol I have another character just kinda went on awol for 2 years and got way behind and decided to start up new lol
