I hopped onto US Server 677 and i can do cultivating dojo just fine and there is no time limit when i hover over enter... the server of the screenshot i took above was US 675, so it seems like any server before 8/8/20 can't do cultivation dojo...
I noticed it's only SSS from UBP partners. If u check yours from TAVERN you can "one click cultivate" them..
Did you also notice that "hogyoku hollow soul" does not increase daily ? mine is stuck at 421 and didn't rise for a long time...
