Why Mugetsu in a 1-3-1 formation?

He has Senbonzakura, it gives zero benefit for supporters, so 1-3-1 is the only formation you should use with it.

True, I should have said ''Why use Mugetsu alongside Senbon?''. Mugetsu is already overpriced, you cant intentionally buy him and not use the combo buff he gives to supports. Mugetsu absolutely need a 2-2-1 formation.
