on that setup max is 251k speed
i can bring it up to 273k if i move some stones around and up to 300k++ if i synthesize stones but i wont be doing that itl screw me over.
shinso has 251k speed, rukia 246k just a tiny bit a part so shinso t1's everyone.
if i  give shinsos T1 to brukia then rukia goes up to 273k (hollow souls included) and im close to her 8% speed mod. if muramasa skills add 12% agility to all that

he suggested a mode where we can have friendly cross server battles for the shits and giggles
and i simply stated that would be fun hence we could test all sorts of formations on eachother

and yeh some people have it all stacked on byakuya lol..
