If you currently use Aizen or Yoruichi.. then yeah get him. If you have some insane amount of Vit, get him. If you're not sure then don't do it, go do some trials instead or keep saving Vit.

He is a solid support, most people on fora tend to troll/high vips who go for the next step/don't know what to do with him.
