Hmm, there is nothing that indicates that there will be a 2nd reward, even the positioning of Shini Urahara is further in the middle than in the Indo Version.

Guess I won't spend my Vit on this Event ( unless someone can give me a source on the UBP every 3 months )

The Rank 1 reward in Indo UBP are Level 8 Stones and 6 Hogu Talisman and you even get a Level 8 Crit on top of it.
