The 7 day gift pack does not pay out the promised rewards

oh and by the way its been 6 days since I haven't got gold ichigo as a seven day reward the hell lol its gonna come soon my butt almost a week has gone by and I tried emailing them but they don't respond ever-.-

This happened to everyone on US 131 on the 6th day of the server. NONE on the server got Ichigo at all and it's already gone through the full 7 days of the Nerf'd 7 day pack. Still no Ichigo. It's a real smack in the face especially since EVERYONE on Hueco Mundo attack pretty much uses him against us. From what I have read, nothing will be done. It seems that GoGames makes new servers instead of fixing old problems. Hope you guys didn't top up much.
