You are not permitted under any circumstances or for any reason to cheat or utilize third-party applications or code in order to win at, or gain game points or items from any of our Games. Punishment of violators will be determined on a case-by-case basis. JoyFun shall be entitled to file a claim for monetary compensation from anyone deemed to have violated these rules in any way.
You agree not to design, disseminate or use any third party programs designed to change any Game played on JoyFun site, nor assist in the design of a third party program that changes any Game played on the site. You will be responsible for any damages to JoyFun resulting from any of your use, dissemination or design of such programs, and you agree to pay JoyFun liquidated damages in the sum of Hundred Thousand Dollars for each such program, or in the sum of One Thousand Dollars for each time you use a program.
You may not:
1)        Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify any of the game clients and use it in any way.
2)        Exploit any cheats or errors which you find in our service. Any cheats or errors you discover
3)        Attempt to access any other user's account.
4)        Misuse any of our customer service facilities.
5)        Deliberately enter false information into any of the forms on our website.
6)        Encourage, or attempt to trick other players into breaking our rules.

Using a BOT for beauty games does not fall under Cheats/Hacking. So that did not answer the question at all, even if you want to stretch it, this bot wouldn't re-design/modify/dupe anything inside of game. It's another story if it was able to add beauty game attempts, but it does not.

It is the first part of the ToS if they want to stretch the language in a le gal sense. (Don't try typing Le gal won't allow you to post if it doesn't have a space)

depends on what they consider winning items but my own personal opinion really not saying not to use it was just sharing ToS.

It's serving the same purpose of having someone play your account in your absence, which many do.

I understand that but a person doesn't fall under 3rd party program not trying to argue or debate/ Gogames is the type of company that charges gold not coupons for one-click konso and beauty games. .

I don't see the bot as cheating just more so a convencience tool but . . . gogames makes "convencience options" cost cash so it really depends on what they deem an item.

Wow, that pretty much sums up the idiotic, susceptible to manipulation, sheeple of out generation. Perfect, and back to the cause for this post, I am asking for volunteers, I scammed the TOS, and technically, this would not be in direct contradiction with any rules. If they put more effort into their TOS, perhaps there would be something more that accurately say that what I am doing is wrong.

I don't see the bot as cheating just more so a convencience tool...
