What part of this sentence is confusing to you people who either think this doesn't violate TOS or think its up to interpretation.....it violates the TOS, very blatantly clearly:

"You are not permitted under any circumstances or for any reason to cheat or utilize third-party applications or code in order to win at, or gain game points or items from any of our Games."

The Bot is a 3rd party application, that is utilized to gain game points (vitality/silver).. Just because you can achieve the same results by doing it manually, doesn't change anything. Using a bot to do something you normally could do yourself anyway, STILL VIOLATES THE TOS. People think cheating means your getting something you couldn't otherwise get, in this case they define cheating as using a 3rd party software to gain anything in the game.  It says you cannot use 3rd party software, ever, to win at any game - how is that confusing or up for interpretation?

Seriously people, the ones who think it doesn't violate the TOS/EULA really haven't been gaming online for very many years.

+ It might have a virus or a keylogger, not worth risking an account that you've spent a lot of money on for some lazy stuff that can be done in 30mins~1hour.

Just wanted to clarify that I am not telling you not to do. It just that if an admin just so happens to give two shits they could ban u for it.  
When I was playing pockie pirates on game321 there were bot programs to develop crew (http://pockiepirate.wikia.com/wiki/Develop) these got people banned.

Do not post it to forum is all.

I played pp since day 1, at most, 3 people were banned for that. game321 started a whole "no bots, and bots are evil" movement with a list of players who used bots supposedly. Nobody was banned from a bot because they can't detect it XD
