As I know is combo rate is based on the partner and their skill but you can choose what partner to give it to ... for example the 8th skill for main gives 1 extra turn to 1 partner on top of him.

As you can see here S. Yourichi should get the extra turn given from my main 8th skill

combo rate is based on combo rate, not all chars have combo rate btw or is really low, but the extra turn goes to the char that is above the one that activate the combo: bottom to mid, mid to top and top to bottom, then how fast or slow the combo activate depend on char skill like normal att
btw Isshin skill activate the combo after the skill in the same turn, prota 8th skill and Hakuteiken Byakuya the next turn

You're pretty strong, I don't even think you need tavern players, as for me, I don't have any event partners.  I use main, ikkaku, renji, rukia and momo but after 10 mins I switch my momo out for vanguard cause it gets tough. I use kazeshini cause my reiatsu is 31 and all my silver is for getting kisuke.  Is kisuke worth getting for 10 mins of ryoka? In any case, at 90  should I get kenpachi? Or wait for lvl 100 and get panthera grimmjow. Currently lvl 82.

if you got 2k stones then i'm pretty sure you'll get CSB kenny in the upcoming CSB season
