Sure, i know that. But where is the line?

Lets say that GoGames cancels this game tommorow. We paid to "borrow" sure, but it never stated for how long. So then what? There is no way in hell they will pay us anything back. And i know i know. Its not going to happen.

But on another subject, What about bugs. If i pay to borrow, the least they can do is respond to my fucking emails.

yeah just as influentik says here, gogames (and other company) did this for their advantages.
sometimes it doesn't appear at ToS, but at security problem troubleshooting or something, to never lend id, having any transaction in real cash between players including sell in game items and account

can challenge the game company... eg : sue them or get their re fund back...

That would be the best possible outcome yes, Or have it happen to another game and it getting alot of media coverage. That way everyone wakes up ^^.

And @Leitzur. Yeah im not, When i do quit playing ill give my account to another guildie. Im just curious about the laws and all. Because lets be honest, Gogames isnt doing all that great a job. Which is a shame, because the game has a decent backbone.
